I have to use an old Internet Explorer to run the games, as they won't work for me in the up-to-date versions of either Firefox or Chrome.  Have you (OP) just updated your browser, perhaps?

Very disappointed with Swagbucks (and with MSE for being associated with it) - seems like a total con. I plodded my way through a ton of surveys to get to the point when something would actually pay out and then found that my account had been deactivated. At no point did I speed through surveys or fill in a bunch of junk. Be aware, it takes a long time to get anything out of your activity on Swagbucks, and you might get absolutely nothing to show for it other than a feeling that you've wasted your time.

I have tried several times to upload receipts, but they are always rejected as "No merchant name".  Now, these are standard Aldi and Waitrose receipts;  I have scanned them on a flat-bed scanner, not taken photos of crumpled paper, and I have enhanced the contrast in my image-processing software.  The merchant name, in both cases, is perfectly clear at the top of the receipt.  This happens whether it is a short receipt, or a long one which takes two images to cover it.  Has anybody found a solution to this problem?

It cannot cope with sideways images (other receipt sites can) but I upload from the camera memory card direct - I presume you can probably do it with mobile pics but I don't know about scanner images.
Having just looked while I was there it only mentions photos not scanned images so that may be it

Hmm - maybe it's because I created .gif files (which is appropriate for monochrome images of this sort) rather than .jpg files which is what a camera is likely to output.  But in that case you would expect it to say "Wrong file type" or similar!  Well, thanks for the hint, and I'll try again.

Ah, that's it!  I created a .jpg from the .gif, and it uploaded sweet as a nut.  So in future I shall make sure they are .jpg images.  But what idiots they are, not to give a "Wrong file type" message, instead of "No merchant name"!

I had to submit a ticket for the Readly offer on Swagbucks (550sb) but they want a screenshot of the offer that I’ve not got don’t suppose anybody happens to have a screenshot they’d be willing to share? It was just on the discover featured wall, I’m not sure what wall it was from and couldn’t find the exact one when I ticketed it either. Thanks
