Airport Parking Cancellation rights

I have bought a non-flexible air parking service for a few months hence. It stated that the product is non-changeable, non-flexible and non-refundable.
I booked it using comparison website.
On receiving my confirmation it rapidly became obvious that what I had originally typed in was not was booked. It bore no resemblance to what I wanted.
Have I waived all my statutory rights to get a refund for the product despite notifying them within a couple of hours that there was an error when choosing this cheaper product?
The company has a cancellation policy. The first line of which says that it is not applicable to non-cancellable or non-amendable products.
Much as though I acknowledge that I have entered into a contract, do I have no cooling off period, and no right of redress under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013?
Caveat emptor or not?
All advice gratefully received.

If you can show that what you ordered is not what you've received, they must refund you.0

Provided that what you've received does not match what was shown on the booking/payment page ... your (OP's) failure to double-check (assuming the page matched what was actually received) does not entitle OP to a cancellation/refund.
Note: even though this was done online, as this was for a service on a defined date/period then it is (probably) exempt from cancellation rights for distance sales.0 -
I'm not sure that you have, if you and the company have differing ideas about what was booked. You are entitled to get what you asked for rather than something completely different - that's got nothing to do with the general rights about cooling-off etc. The difficulty is of course proving that their system has spat out something different to what you entered on the web page.what I had originally typed in was not was booked. It bore no resemblance to what I wanted.

So you have confirmation of what you wanted safe and secure. But now they are not providing what this confirmation says?
Surely you have the the confirmation email of what you bought, they can't change that. Or is the real reason you have now noticed you made a mistake and are looking for a way out?
Without actually seeing both sides of the paper trail it's really any ones guess here as to who's right.0 -

It would be fair to say that there has been a mistake and I am looking ideally for a way out. The data parsed from the comparison site to the booking site clearly wasn't the same, although I can see, having re-booked that the data was presented to me before I pressed the buy button, and more fool me for not having double checked it.
I do have the confirmation email, and it was on that basis that I immediately sought to cancel/change the booking.0 -
Comparisom sites often do this. The onus is on you to re-check the details when transfered to the providers site. Evidentally, you failed to do so.0

Just lay it out clearly instead of making everyone dig for info - what is the difference between what you thought you booked, and what’s on the confirmation?
We need to know exactly what the difference is; if it’s minor then you’re likely stuck with it. If you selected Glasgow and you have a space in Gatwick reserved then that’s different.

I received a booking for dates that weren't what even close to what I wanted, or put into the comparator. I am feeling that I am stuck with it.0
