    I'm afraid you're probably right. I've nearly been caught out with referral sites where not all the information carries across and things default to a different date.

    Have you explained to them the issue?

    Or complained to the comparison site, that the details have not been passed as entered?

    I have explained the issue. They have said the service can not be cancelled.

    can the dates be amended to the correct dates? (possibly for a fee?) you still want the parking I assume...just not for the dates you have booked.

    Non-amendable in any way apparently. Supplier says they are an intermediary and that my booking leads to a firm booking with their supplier and cannot be changed in any way.

    Comparison site > who you booked with > Another firm passing to > supplier....:cool:

    Any chance to find out just who is in charge of the parking? So you can contact them direct.
