Formal Demand without a PCN

Hi All
Can I pls get some advice as I cannot find an example of this scenario in existing threads
I received a formal demand letter from CPM on 04/01/20 for £100
It mentions a PCN sent out on 02/12/19 about a parking infringement on 25/11/19 however I did not receive the PCN
It mentions a partial address and includes photos but I cannot recognise the address and cannot recall where I was on that day or who could have been driving the car
Based on these dates, should I still complete the appeal using the template on the newbie thread on CPM website or should I contact them to say I have not received the PCN or ??
All help appreciated

Send the already written for you blue text template appeal easily found in post #1 of the NEWBIES thread.
Send it unchanged - no additions or alterations needed.
Send it as the keeper.
Can you please tell us the full name of the car park operator.0 -
Thanks
Car park operator is UK Car Park Management0 -
None of it matters as this is UKCPM and they will be beaten in court and not before, so you missed nothing by not being able to 'appeal' (= farce).
As you didn't get a letter and cannot recognise the situation/location, send the DPO a SAR by email, as the second post of the NEWBIES thread explains, and get all photos & a copy of the missing letter in readiness to win at court this year, with our help.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
