    …………...
That mean whatever I’m using less then it was in use before.

Firstly the previous owners contract would have been taken out possibly 3 years ago and prices have risen since then.

Secondly you keep talking about your bills being 3 times higher but you won't tell us what your consumption is or what the previous owners was. Detail please.

It’s an Alterations business. …………... and at that time 3 people were working for her.
Now since I took over this business I am working own my own.
That mean whatever I’m using less then it was in use before.

So we are talking about the difference in 3 sewing machines down to 1. The reduction in usage is so small you won't see it in your bills.

  • 1: Previous owner took the contract only last year so it can’t be that much difference
2: Before I took over we used to get bill from £60 to £70 with 3 machine in usage and lighting all day
3: since I took over and I change the supplier and they charged me £345 eventhough I am using only 1 machine
4: it is suppliers mistake which they have accepted
any they keep promising that they will resolve the issue because there’s problem from their end.

And your tariff is X pence per kWh, the standing charge is Y pence per day and you've used Z kWh in the last month... without that info it's all meaningless.

I don't think you are comparing apples with apples but apples with pears. In your post #1 you talk about a single supplier of gas, electric, phone and water but from the above it sounds like the previous occupier was for electric ALONE. Go back to your contract and give us a breakdown of the anticipated charges - these will be what you told Clear Business.

Yes there may be billing issues but you should be able to put these on an even footing by giving them your readings on line - get into the habit of doing this say on the last working day of the month.

They have a reasonable rating, although there are some unhappy customers. Leave them a review or get in touch via email?
