Your case was struck out - in your favour
the C then appealed the strike out.Sounds like they won their appeal
So you're back in the normal process.Them winning the appeal wasn't unlikely.5 -
Yes you are just likely to be back to square one but telling the Judge about the P/Eye v Somerfield case at the High court was a good thing because hopefully, your Judge will cite it . I wonder if that's what made him decide to confirm his decision after deliberation...
Please show us when you get the decision, good or bad, so we can see what the appeal Judge has said.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Apologies - I didn't realise that this was one of those rare situations where a PPC has appealed/set aside an Abuse of Process strike out.1

We are probably now seeing the first wave of judges looking much closer with these claims and when fake amounts are seen. The result being that no legal will have a clue what a judge will say and it will be done to make an appeal very difficult.
The one point Judges must take from the Salisbury appeal is that the appeal Judge never agreed to the fake £60. Frankly, making that appeal pointless.

Thank you everyone for your support, I won the 2nd case residential parking based on poor evidence of agreement between landlord and private parking company (only one signature and job role not specified) and sign says permit holders only, doesn't say permit has to be displayed clearly. Judge agreed that I had permit and was displayed. She awarded me £95.
Thank you again5 -
Wow, a result, well done and well done on getting costs.3
