Is there any risk to leaving the account open and empty?
If you leave the account open, you may not qualify for future offers that require a new account to be opened.

Good point, although these sort of offers often require you being a new customer as well.

I usually keep an account open if I think I might re-use it in the future and this would be sped up a little due to them already having done an ID check.

However in this case I've also requested a closure.

I was very happy with the experience, and thanks to Karlie88 for the original thread on this.

    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."

I need to make decision whether to close this Wahed investment.

I wonder in the past is there any pattern that if close it you will quality again when a new incentive scheme comes to the market ?? From What I remember it is but just want to make sure ....

Are you going to close your account or leave it for a while?
Apart from investment (up and/or down) is there any benefit to keep it open ??
