Invested £100 0n 24/6/19
So I can withdraw now (180 days), yes ?
Problem is the "withdraw" box is greyed out. "Add funds" IS available.
Anyone else have this problem ?

I cashed in two yesterday, all ok. Had to agree not to put money into the old account, checked transactions, checked bank details then withdrew. Are your bank details correct?

what did you to to cash in?
Underneath "withdraw" it says … Disabled while transactions in progress

My bank details must be correct (where are they shown?) as I got the £50 bonus

ah, just clicked on my email address at top of page and my correct (incl bank) details come up.
Do you have to email/contact them, rather than just click on 'withdraw'?

No I just withdrew. Email them to let them know you want to and can't. I emailed to check the t&cs when the accounts moved to the new company and they replied quickly.

Following on from above post, looked now balance still showing as £100.44 withdraw button greyed out Disabled while transactions are in progress

I clicked withdraw about 10 days ago.

My Summary tab is greyed out and shows
"Disabled while transactions are in progress"


Similary to bristolleedsfan my transaction history shows investments being sold up to 6th of January.
