Thank you for all of the advice- should we be treating these as two separate appeals? One of the one already responded to and the other that hasn’t?

Yes, so send the initial appeal template in blue text from the NEWBIES for the one that has yet to be appealed.

Please also answer ALL the questions you have been asked so far.

  • Thanks Fruitcake- I think I have answered them all, have I missed any? Wish I had come on here first for some advice but I had a miscarriage before Xmas and I remember my husband telling me about this and thinking that’s the least of our worries. Now I’m feeling better I want to get it sorted!

    Yes , 2 separate PCN,s is 2 separate appeals

The newbies faq sticky thread near the top of the forum has the blue text template appeal for all situations , he appeals as keeper with it , no stories , no telling what happened , no blabbing

The first one should be appealed to popla , with a minimum of the following

    Poor and inadequate signage
    No landowner authority
    Any BPA CoP failures

    Etc

Yes a code was received with the rejection letter. I have read stories online of people getting CCJs from this company which I think has sent him into panic mode. I plan to go down there myself later and take some photos as no signage can be seen on google street maps

Please clarify. Have you appealed one or both PCNs as twice now you have referred to an appeal and a rejection letter, not the plural of each.

It is important that you tell us all the relevant information so we don't have to drag it out piecemeal

People who get CCJs have either ignored a claim or have never received it. You can't just be given one without going through the whole court process and not paying if you lose.

As above , you have to lose in Court and then fail to pay the judgment figure within one month to have a CCJ against your name for 6 years

So the advice is to pay up , in full , promptly , if you lose in court

That way the CCJ is expunged and your credit rating remains intact

At the moment the pair of you are like frozen rabbits stuck in the board of headlights , with no clarity of the true situations

    One step at a time
  • Appeal has just been for one of them. We have not responded to the other yet.

He should appeal as keeper using the blue text template , unchanged , to the second PCN

No stories , no blabbing about who may have been driving
  • I have just been online to appeal using the blue text template and funnily when I enter I reg, PCN and postcode it says I have entered invalid details!!!
  • Should I reply in writing?

I would , as long as you double checked that the correct info was put in online , plus tried a different browser too

But it's the keeper who should be appealing , so ensure that the appeal is in their name , not yours
