Afternoon all. Been mia over Christmas and New Year. Dgs's Dad has been over here from Japan and life had been a bit hectic. Not only hosting maels and running a taxi service but calming DD down when having her ex to stay got a bit much.
So a belated Happy New Year to all and welcome to the new posters.

Evening all. Well today didn't go to plan! Mid bathroom cleaning DD rang to see if I fancied a run out with her and the two youngest DGDs for new ballet shoes - they are going through them like nobody's business with all the panto performances. Followed by a late lunch at the Carvery. So Day 2 of the healthy eating plan didn't happen!!
Eldest DGD met us there and the food lived up to its usual standard. Then I succumbed to a pudding. Well I couldn't sit and watch the rest of them eating one could I!! So I chose a blackberry, apple and redcurrant crumble with custard. It turned out to be just an apple crumble but it was very nice despite that.
So back on the healthy eating wagon again tomorrow! Maybe!
Have a peaceful evening folks if you can xx"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0
