Any good deals going on with Tui for around end of June/July time? I was thinking somewhere hot with a beach in Europe. I’m going to a tui store sometime this month so wanted some info ahead of it.
I had a budget of about £1000 and then £500 spending money to eat out. This budget is based on 1 person. But if you know anywhere that’ll help me save yet meet my criteria, that’ll be appreciated.
The type of food I’d like to eat out is simple like burgers, chips, milkshakes etc. Maybe the odd fancy restuarant. Not looking for bars and clubs. Some attractions would be nice.

I had a fantastic coach holiday to Lake Como, Italy last October. I was a solo traveler and I find with coach holidays you meet other solo travellers so you tend to hang out with them. I hate going on package holidays alone as I find it isolating. Lake Como is very beautiful and their was an excursion everyday to places like Milan and St Moritz Switzerland, catching the train up there was stunning. I enjoyed it so much I'm going back in May.0

I think Italy is really expensive so I was trying to avoid that one

For May its £500 for 9 days with Shearing, half board, with very good buffet breakfast and buffet evening meal with drinks, wine, tea coffee. There are loads of little cafes and bars about the hotel or you can catch the Ferry (15 minutes across the lake over to Bellagio and that's very beautiful. Eating out isn't expensive, alcoholic drinks are expensive though. £500 spending money lasted me 9 days.0 -
When the Tui website says Book now with 0 deposit, does it literally mean you can book everything including flight now, and only pay a day before the flight? Is that how it works?0

Read the Terms & Conditions of the offer that you're considering.....don't forget the small print.0 -
What....? But someone with travel knowledge will know the straight forward answer.0

I think the 0% deposit relates to paying for your holiday by direct debit, so cost of holiday divided by 5 maybe per month depending when you go.
With your budget and not being tied to school holidays you are pretty much unlimited as to where you go, your food tastes are quite simple so that's not going to be expensive either.
I'd have a play around on the TUI website to get an idea of what's available and where you like the look of, all anyone reading this can tell you is where they've been and enjoyed.
For what it's worth I liked Los Gigantes in Tenerife , good bus links to the rest of the island but quiet. Food wise and it was 4/5 years ago but most we paid for a 3 course meal for 5 was €70 including drinks. I suspect that's gone up a bit sinceMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
