£5 paid the other day and today I finally got round to reducing my mileage with my insurance company, saving me a small 2.10 each month... But it all helps and will up my monthly OP or EF payment.
Been a little quiet this week as my older son has not been well with a temperature, so needed to get a test for him and he is currently home with me. He's not been feeling too bad today and we managed to make and decorate some doughnuts. We are waiting on his test results and praying they won't be long.
I read something this morning about trying to do 3 or 4 important tasks at the start of the day to be a bit more productive which has struck a cord with me as I tend to think lots but takes me a while to actually do.
I have been thinking about selling some bits but looking at the guide need to build up my eb@y account a bit more first to get the best results.
Onwards and downwards we go.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. £8 feeding the mortgage pig today which came from a bit of market research. I have about 15 to pay and then we will have reduced the mortgage term by 15 months.
My son is better now, a negative result and back in school.
Have noticed that you can double nec4ar points atm and I have about £10 worth so can double them up to be worth £20 if I find something I needin sainsburys.
Keep paying that mortgage down you will thank yourself in the end.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. I'm glad your lad is feeling better, seems to be a normal winter bug going round at the moment too.
Your piggy is getting well fed each month 🤗

Hi Everyone,
Funny you should say that MF I did decide to treat myself, hot a nice candle, a cake lifter and a cake Turner table as I like to make the boys birthday cakes but isn't something I would normally go out and just buy.
The greedy pig had 25 from me yesterday (20 the value of my ne0tar points and 5 I saved with an e3ay offer) which means that we have saved 15 month payments now.
I am waiting on some money from tcb as I reffered hubby and he is waiting on his payment. He has agreed that it can be used as an OP which is a step forward for him and will make a nice OP in a few days.
My next target is to get under 140k, hopefully by the time that's done we can celebrate with a date night.
We are having a nice chilled day here as he is back in work for 6 days next week, cases around here are rising unfortunately so keeping ourselves in as much as we can.
Hope everyone is well.
