    This month any additional money will be diverted to the mortgage and account rounding which will go to savings.
    I have always said money made by my second job would go to the mortgage as that gives me an extra incentive to put the work in, please to report this has given me an OP of 245 this month already which will save 133 in interest.  This means that the total interest saved so far is 5082 and I have hit my mini goal of saving 5000 in interest. 

    My mortgage balance after my monthly payment and this OP stands at £142,497 so getting it under 140k will be the next aim and then to 128k which will mean I own my kitchen and living room. Quite a long gap between those mini targets so will break it down a bit with another target being to get daily interest below £10.
    I have been a busy bee with my secondd job and completed most of my Christmas shopping yesterday in preparation for lockdown so that a step forward. I have a day off tomorrow and looking forward to just chilling with my small dude. 
    Onwards and downwards we go.... Just keep going 🙂

    10.45 sent over today and edging closer to clearing the mortgage 15 months early. Current balance is 142,445.85 with daily interest of 10.30 so nice that's paid for the day.
    Have work today and lots to do so best get moving but not a bad way to start the day.
