OLED TV repair or new

Hello

Just wanting some advice on what think I should do. I’ve had an oled 55 inch LG tv for 4 years now and it’s stopped working. We’ve had a faint flickering white pixel line running vertically across the screen for a few weeks but just put up with it, however went to turn it on today and all I am getting is a black screen with a white line flash then go black again. Hope I’ve explained this well enough hehe, I don’t know how else to describe it.
So it’s if it’s worth looking into fixing it or just get a new one?
Many thanks in advance 😊

    Where did you buy it?

Plenty of places have 5+ warranty and LG may have had an offer.

Have you searched for common faults?

    Which model?

TV should last longer than 4 years you will have rights under consumer legislation.

Many shops will offer free/cheap diagnostic, I would at least try for a £1k+ TV.

Next time buy from John Lewis/Richer sounds for 5-6 years warranty.
