Used car extended warranty

i paid for the car and extended warranty with a credit card, will this give me additional rights?0

Doesn't give you any additional rights but makes the cc issuer jointly liable. So you can try and claim your money back off them.
But if the T/C state no refund. Then no card liability.
Is this what the OP took out?

So it is not a insurance backed warranty.
Thus I would guess that as OP took it out in person, then no cooling off period.Life in the slow lane0 -

Yes, that's the point I was making, he doesn't get any additional rights just potentially another party from which to claim if he can find a valid reason.0
