Hmmm I've been wanting to lose the last of my baby weight (about 1 stone) for a while now...my toddler is nearing 2 years old so I've been very unsuccessful! Ooh biscuits...
To add onto the alcohol free posts, I was never a big drinker anyway but I have hardly had any alcohol during Covid lockdowns because we don't tend to drink at home by ourselves. Anyway we had family in the garden at the weekend, had a glass of wine one evening, woke up the next morning with a slight but lingering headache, and realised that's how I used to sometimes feel after a glass of wine and wondered why I didn't make the link before.Mortgage free as of March '25!

Mmmm, caramel digestives 😋😋😋 They remind me of Uni, as my best friend used to buy them but they were £££ and I was too tight 🤣!
No headaches here eatthatfrog - I haven't touched a drop all weekend 👍! It's funny how you don't put the two together until the evidence slaps you in the face though 🤦♀️!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

It's funny, I never used to get a headache after drinking but I would have terrible stomach aches the day after. Never associated the two until I stopped drinking either!

I clearly shop in the wrong places... Only two types of digestive - with or without chocolate...
Chocolate oaties are my personal downfall...
They're nice dipped in Irish cream...If it's not adding up, compound it!3 -
Now I want biscuits again!!
I like choc digestives, can polish a whole packet off in no time. I also like fancy cookies (e.g. M and S or Tesco finest etc), you don't get many in a packet but they are all butter so probably more than your daily allowed calorie intake3 -
Ooh I love chocolate oaties! Those and crunch creams dipped in tea.Grogged said:

Now I'll go to bed thinking of gremlin biscuits...😱😆😆South_coast said:Whatever you do, don't leave them in the sun 😮😮😮If it's not adding up, compound it!4 -
I tried making my own biscuits instead using oats. I half the amount of sugar in the recipe and so they aren't that sweet. Interestingly after one I feel fuller (the oats) and don't have a huge desire to eat more and more (less sugar).
Just shows what sugar does to your body! Will try and keep making biscuits as they are healthier than the shop bought ones and I can control the amount of sugar in them.2025 decluttering: 5,544 🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅🌟🌟2025 use up challenge: 513🥉🥈🥇💎🏆 👑Big kitchen declutter challenge 143/1502025 decluttering goals I Use up Challenge: 🥉365 🥈750 🥇1,000 💎2,000 🏆 3,000 👑 8,000 I 🥉12 🥈26 🥇52 💎 100 🏆 250 👑 5004 -
