I couldn't live without the automatic blur or replacement backgrounds in Teams, etc.
Whilst I work from home, I'd rather it stayed as a private home rather than be a sterile office extension.
I hate the thought of being judged like that struggling actor was for not meeting the housing standards of the director. (Who did later apologise after been caught).
Another first world problem! 🙄😆

I'm sure there are a lot of people who have done similar things to their homes with the sudden surge in virtual meetings.  DH and I have renamed the dining table as the conference table because it's the space we use when we need to go on a call with our cameras as it's the only space that really works as it has a neutral wall on one side for the more professional calls and then the disney / lego shelf on the other side when you want to be more casual 🤣  Otherwise if we stayed at our desks, you'd be looking straight at the sun with DH as his desk is next to the window and with me you'd see the washing hanging our our airer behind me.

Ooh yes, but you could use the "sun" position if you wanted to give someone a hard time - keep them staring at it and pressing on with making whatever point you're trying to make and see if they crack and mention it 🤣!
