I have been to non-essential shops 😮! Went to Debenhams to see what underwear they had but nothing floated my boat. Did get a dressing down though, as I keep the nice one at BF's (and he still moans about it!) and the ones at home are a bit tired. Felt a bit ghoulish picking over the carcass of a collapsed retailer, but they only had 20% off at the moment and at least I didn't leave it until they were selling off the fixtures and fittings. And it turns out the socks I also bought were NOT in the sale, so win win for both of us it appears!
Also went to Calendar Club (man at the till was not wearing a mask or behind a screen, didn't seem to concern him though as he was very jolly), Savers (to buy some moisturiser which should earn me £18 on a survey - long story), Poundland and Wilko. I'm worn out after all that! People were queuing to get into Primark and Card Factory - and Wilko 🤔?Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I used to work with someone who insisted that middle age started at 25, he wanted to be a Mamil, middle aged man in lycra. lol.
There's nothing wrong with buying stuff from a failing company, without people buying the stuff they have at the moment they won't get money to pay their creditors which may or may not include their own employees.6
