Advertising consent for signage is the key item, but frankly noone really cares. Even councils, who could make some easy money, dont.
WHy are you even considering posting it?!2 -
Yep, e-mail is so much easier and more reliable and I am sure the court order giving you the hearing details would have specified an e-mail address for you to use.nosferatu1001 said:Why are you even considering posting it?!2 -
Everyone emails their WS and evidence now. The courts prefer it for telephone hearings and it looks like it will stay that way.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, thank you. I wasn't entirely sure that was an option as I had posted my defence previously. The only email address I have for the court is on my letter stating I've been changed to a telephone hearing. As far as the claimant is concerned how would I find the correct email address to send it to or would it just be the email address found on their 'contact us' page.BW Legal are the legal representatives taking this forward but I'm guessing I will be able to find an email address for them somewhere in this forum considering the amount of people posting about them?0

You could try the search facility to look for e-mail address on the forum.Vowla said:BW Legal are the legal representatives taking this forward but I'm guessing I will be able to find an email address for them somewhere in this forum considering the amount of people posting about them?3 -
You posted it to the CCBC, whic his not your local court.
You email BW Legal of course, and yep you can find an address!2 -
Bear in mind that many courts have websites which give email addresses for various tasks , Manchester court does so check it out for comparison purposes , but always try ones on court orders first
I am sure that a search for b w legal will turn up eMail addresses , given that all solicitors have email addresses
Printing and posting have been in rapid decline due to covid192 -
Thanks everyone. I've found the correct email addresses for all parties, the BW Legal letters give an email contact for this claim so i shall send it to that one as that's what they've stated in their own letters. Do I have to send a copy to the parking company as well or just BW Legal as I can only find a generic contact us email address for them?

Only the solicitor where one is used , that is why they employ a solicitor , a hands off approach , same as you employing a gas Safe engineer to fix your boiler , or employing a solicitor to sell your house
A classic case of ,. Read your own paperwork !!2 -
JUST the solicitor.2
