VCS Letter Before Claim - EDIT - I WON!!

You may not have followed tht specific rule, but once they knew you had a valid ticket, does it warrant £100? Thats the question most judges ask
Aslo I presume youve covered the main defence topics such as landholder authority, signage being rubbish, etc? 
That was a hint. SHOW US THEIR WS! In full. Only redact stuff that IDs YOU. IDing THEM is fine, but things like VRM, claim ref, your name should be removed. Do not redact anything more than that.

It's in the small claims court for the actual defence of my case. The set aside case was back in May.

Good, then as @nosferatu1001 writes, ignore the ridiculous WS from the claimants, just make sure all your papers are in order and your crib sheet contains everything you want to say.  Hopefully you won't get a chance to say much and the judge will throw out the case and find for you.

The statement of truth is incorrect and out of date. A paralegal like Ms Couser should know this by now.
Since it is incorrect, you should be asking for the whole WS to be thrown out as it does not comply with the court practice directions.

I hope your WS has the current statement of truth that has been required since April of this year.

Ignore all their snide comments about "allowing" a CCJ and lateness of applying for the set aside. A judge has accepted your reasons and granted the set aside, so they are just acting in a childish manner

Have you read loads of VCS witness statement threads to see that is a template WS and they always look like that, and how to debunk it all?

Yes - I redacted names(from both sides) as I don't feel comfortable posting people's names/sigantures on line. How/Why are they important?

I didn't include these - but there are many photo's of signage in the car park included

No - I've tried searching and looking for threads that you refer to, but am struggling with the search tool and finding the correct information or a good relevant thread.
