well I'm starting decluttering with the little "sampler" bottles - got some collection sets including one with a 10 year 15 year and 18 year old - so I'm gearing up to trying all three
I like Talisker. I'm also fond of Bruichladdich (aka the laddie) which has a hint of seaside but not too strong. Currently without Dalwhinnie and Bunnahabhain, which I would like to have, but can't justify adding more bottles to the lake.
Well done @Antomac like me the first day you don't make target is a bit depressing (although I only got to 28) but then in the wider context you are in a much better place, and if I helped you get there then that makes me feel good. In return I will try to draw inspiration from your perseverance when I kick off again next year.

Ahh but what a worthy self-sacrifice that was! I bet MrEH wishes I'd stick to the gin and leave the whisky alone!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Happy Christmas everyone - all presents safely arrived and wrapped. No stockings this year now the youngest is well past teenage. Just about to do a little decluttering
and watch a Christmas movie then bed and a leisurely day tomorrow as we have had to downsize the guest list - which is a mixed blessing. will try and find a gap in the rain to go for a walk but not that optimistic

Yes ended up with just three of us, after other families claims on our children - was very nice, but although people including me complain about big festive events (Covid not withstanding) I will relish the next one as it has been too low keyI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

That does sound low key. Restful. I had the big do yesterday at my parents and was glad of a rest day today.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
