Report Back 004 - for 22/01/20
Fitness & Health:
Weigh in at 258lbs down a couple - so going OK - slow and steady through reduction of carbs and extra exercise which has been more steady this week, averaging 5000, have been to gym once, and not done a big ride on my bike, but have gone out a couple of times
Budget & Financial:
Looking like ending the month a little overdrawn but definitely less than expected and mainly caused by some costs in getting ready for our holiday at the end of the month and helping out DS1 with a bit of extra to support his job search
Environment & Green:
Nothing much to report, but no relapses as well as no new things - I'm not unhappy as the biggest threat to environment the is people constantly doing stuff
Community & Volunteering:
Volunteered for a local litter pick and tidy up, which was a bit back breaking (we were doing weeding and drain clearance) but good fun. Although my OH suggested my own garden might have benefited from it more
Organisation & Household:
Did manage to do a little in the garden, but at this time of year its 3 steps forward and 2 steps back, so will need a blitz this weekend before we go away or it might run away from us again. DS van still not gone, but still interest, just leaving it a little to see before we reduce price again. Done some personal admin that was outstanding (yes the inland revenue!) but I'm fine and no fines or stupid tax as I refer to themI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

I can walk for miles in London. There’s always a different way and something new to see.
Walked to work today then walked to a client and back and the. To a supplier and back and then to the tube. So 50% over target today at 18000. But footsore tbh and it does add up time wise.I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
