Weekday Focus
- Steps / Keep fit - Complete fail today, it was very wet, and I am very weak spirited and WFH required much concentration
- Improve house environment - (clean/fixed) - normal chores done early - cleaned all the storage cupboard doors while OH sorted the contents
- less procrastination - eat more frogs more - (save/make) - today was pension review day - plus helped DS2 sort out a paperwork issue + I now have my full state pension contributions and unless it changes radically that's me sorted for 10 years time!!
- Hobby/Personal stuff - not cycling - but reading, finished my gentleman's reading club book for the first time in over a year. Plus have a stack of Which magazines & National Trust etc that I never read - they're next to minimise laptop time.

Weekday Focus
- Steps / Keep fit - Complete fail today, it was very wet, and I am very weak spirited and very much need to get myself into running gear
- Improve house environment - (clean/fixed) - normal chores done early - tidied up the office area a little,
- less procrastination - eat more frogs more - (save/make) - today was more of a planning day than a doing day - as I just needed to get something started off at work, so that was 100% - but tomorrow!!!
- Hobby/Personal stuff - not cycling - but have started to play a few board games with friends online / iPhone -- still staring at the screen but quite enjoyable
A couple of years ago I lent my bro some emergency money to help him out of a hole - at the time I couldn't really afford it, so stuck it on a 0% CC where it has remained. Today, unexpectedly he was able to repay - I think his MIL has unlocked some fund or other - and I am very pleased with that as it means I was able to pay 3/4 of my outstanding CC1 bill, and because I am ahead of myself on my everyday card, I should be able to close the rest off just before the 0% runs out, without disturbing any of my EF/magic money arrangements. This in turn puts me in a good spot for CC2 targeted for April Next year, but now possible a coupe of months before that.

Fantastic news re the card. 🙂 Rest of stuff - not been raining here but know what you mean about it being hard to find the motivation for running when bad weather. Work looking at gym membership / making home gym / peloton or something similar?4

Hey yes - dead chuffed. We do have a garage with a bit of a gym, but currently we have 2 kids worth of furniture from the uni residences which they haven't yet needed (and no we can't sell it because ....) . I am a member of Pure Gym and was getting back into the groove, but I'm isolating (not medical need, just personal comfort) because I see enough people at work, to have the shivers at them sweating on me - ewwI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

They shouldn't need furniture for student accom.
Tbf I've not gone back to the gym neither has wife but not covid just we have a decent home gym we should make use of. Re covid if you've not got a health condition I wouldn't worry about it. Boris needs to get out and tell us we all need to move on a bit get the economy going again properly - major recession will be worse than this virus.3 -
They shouldn't need furnishing but they did. Some landlords are a disgrace and in popular cities there are more than average of such, viewing young students as basically shark food. As a consequence (and pending their relocation into some form of more permanent leaving the nest housing) we have a load of stuff that they needed to have a tolerable environment and that we are minded not to sell (although TBF we do have a clutter problem and for DD1 its nearly a full year)
Weekday Focus- Steps / Keep fit - Complete fail today (3rd day running), but tomorrow is sunny and we are heading for a riverside walk
- Improve house environment - (clean/fixed) - normal chores done early - bit more in the office
- less procrastination - eat more frogs more - (save/make) - sorted out the CC1 with my unexpected bonus and worked out that I can clear CC1 next month, not the month after- and make a bigger dent in CC2 in 2020 then I thought
- Hobby/Personal stuff - decided to slightly celebrate our windfall and went out with dinner with OH - nice steak and salad (yum) and no booze (diet) - took 30 minutes to eat and have a coffee and felt like 30 more to get the bill and pay
