I think you are hard on yourself on both weight and steps. If you could achieve your weight goal in 6 months that suggests you are not doing too badly at all. Steps are up and down but you set a really high bar for yourself.

Declutter - Nothing yet - target Lounge, Kitchen, Dining Room, Study, Bedrooms #1, Bedrooms #2, Bedrooms #3, Bedrooms #4, Garage (last but not least). We don't have an attic - we have a loft conversion - but that is clear as the youngest has been working hard on that. Target 10 rooms in 12 months

SH - They are not in technical trouble, its just they are not telling me anything I seem to be interested in. I will carry them on to record and scrutinise the transactions but I'm going to stop all the analysis - I will set something different up after R-Day
