Are they using Hermes for their next-day delivery service too?
Hermes have launched this, and their network just can't handle packages quick enough - I send a lot of packages and had to move to Royal Mail because of the amount not delivered next day.0 -
So if they do refund are you going to pay the standard delivery charge that you would have to have paid? That would be more than your £9.99 annual subscription no?
As far as I can see they don't do free delivery.0 -

Yeah, Hermes for everything it seems. Its frustrating as the local community Facebook page I'm on shows that others received packages from Hermes yesterday.0
