    Just get notes from the ATM. After your first purchase, you've got coins.
    If you have to juggle your coins and notes, you'll be paying even more attention to what you're spending.

    Fair enough. You need to do whatever works best for you but don’t you wonder whether you’ll be able to resist the temptation of a mid-month visit to the atm?
