A little guidance from a tech-savvy Tv guru please,,
I need to buy a new 43" TV for my living room but don't really have a massive budget.
Richer sounds are only down the road from me and offer a 6 year guarantee so I would probably get one from there.
what would be my best sub £400 TV, ive kind of narrowed it down to these 4 but am open to suggestions.

I favour LGs , regular app updates and firmware updates for security.
Good choice on richer sounds for the warranty
I actually have to last model on that list , easy set up , menus quick to respond , nice clear picture. Quick access to Amazon prime and Netflix via buttons on the remoteEx forum ambassador

The Panasonic is a re-badged Vestel so best avoided.
The others are much the same as each other. Best to view and decide yourself.0 -
thanks for the heads upon the Panasonic, looks like I will cross that one off my list.
ive a smaller older LG and found it simple to use so am glad that the bigger ones will be the same.
i think i might go and give the slightly more expensive LG item a good looing over tomorrow, as it has freesat.
cheers guys.0 -

Not every one can but if you can go up to 49/"50" you can get much better value for the same money.

My local tv engineer told me the Hisense tv are the best value for money, he does the warranty repairs on most brands.

the bigger Tv's would just be too big for the room.
I will take a look at the hisense units.0 -
Be a tiny room to be too big.
50" viewing is around 5'-10'
what size are you moving up from and did it have big bezels?
43" 970mm X 560mm
50" 1130mm X 660mm
Not a lot bigger about 800mm/3" each side, with a much better viewing experience.0 -
I picked up the £330 Lg one yesterday. hopefully get it plugged in today.
cheers guys.0 -
