Agree. Unlike missing a payment, going over limit etc., Cash Withdrawals is a service that is available and promoted. I probably make around 50 ATM withdrawals a year. For those that believe in such things, my Experian is 999.
I'm guessing that they could only be negative when taken with other factors, ie running close to limits, only paying minimums etc. Even then, I'm not sure.0
