Do you have a Blue Badge yourself?
According to the OPs other thread, they do indeed have a Blue Badge, were scammed by VCS despite displaying their badge and seemingly paid up at the court stage.

So they are part of the problem then - effectively trying to legitimise PPCs and making life more difficult for others with disabilities.
