Santander Help to Buy ISA

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but could you tell me what happens to the Santander H2B ISA once you hit £12,000 in the account? Can you carry on putting £200 a month in and earn the same interest, does the interest rate drop on balances over £12k or does the rate drop for the whole balance in the account?

There is no maximum balance for either interest or the account. The £12,000 is solely the limit on getting a government bonus. Anything saved above this still receives full interest but no bonus.
