    The judge doesnt even have to do that - if theyre all scheduled a th same time they can summarily stirke out the 2 claims they want and hear another. The outcome of the heard one has no bearing on why the other two were struck at all.
    Based on the OP's post #25; they were listed for 3 separate courts, which would suggest 3 separate judges.

    Yep, and each judge will have been told there was only ONE VCS rep for the three cases, which obv VCS KNEW were all listed at the same time, and so the other two judges can just decided to kick out the 2 that were left - which is what they did.

    Great news. Well done.

    I wonder if being Doncaster they sent one of their own but I think that they use rent a legal even in Sheffield.

    VCS are losing most of these historic claims that are defended. I don't think that there has been one of their historic claims that have been lost on this forum yet. Discontinued but not lost.
