Yep, and each judge will have been told there was only ONE VCS rep for the three cases, which obv VCS KNEW were all listed at the same time, and so the other two judges can just decided to kick out the 2 that were left - which is what they did.0

I wonder if being Doncaster they sent one of their own but I think that they use rent a legal even in Sheffield.
VCS are losing most of these historic claims that are defended. I don't think that there has been one of their historic claims that have been lost on this forum yet. Discontinued but not lost.
