Which court and Judge was this, who warned PPark that they face their cases being 'struck out' in future if they include the false £60 on top?  Is it one that has struck cases out before, or not?

Originally, was going to be DJ Byass - although on the day it was DJ Brown. This was at Bath County Court. 
When going through things before, I couldn't see anything for DJ Byass; however looking now at forums for DJ Brown, there's this from March:

Above sounds quite similar to my hearing, although mine was over the phone and with a Solicitor agent from PPark!

Sure thing! That said, the Judgment form just said the case was dismissed, and abuse of process wasn't stated - do you still want the number?

Case number was F5DP83QY with DJ Brown at Bath County Court, 1st July 2020. 

Outcome was that 1)The Claim is dismissed 2) Permission to appeal is refused
