Which court and Judge was this, who warned PPark that they face their cases being 'struck out' in future if they include the false £60 on top? Is it one that has struck cases out before, or not?
When going through things before, I couldn't see anything for DJ Byass; however looking now at forums for DJ Brown, there's this from March:

Above sounds quite similar to my hearing, although mine was over the phone and with a Solicitor agent from PPark!
