Help for Boiler condemned

Hey guys! I desperately need help My aunts boiler (Oil) has went on fire On Christmas Day and been condemned By the Fire department, she is a home owner who lost her job due to ill health/Disability ( Tumour on the brain) so she relies on benefits I have no idea what help is out there I know she can get £700 towards a replacement but she doesn’t have the funds to pay the remainder any advice on what I could do to help? Or if there is any additional help available? Thank you so much and Merry Christmas everyone
