THIS MORNING’S ‘SPIN TO WIN’ PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter and entry requirements:

The This Morning’s ‘Spin to Win’ Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) in relation to the This Morning programme (“Programme”) is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

The Prize Draw may be made available on multiple occasions across January at the discretion of the Promoter (“Spin to Win Period”), in each case in relation to an episode of the Programme.

The first Prize Draw opens for entries on Friday 20 December 2019 and closes on the date and at the time as advertised on the Programme app (the “App”) and online via the https://www.itv.com/win or https://www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”).

Each subsequent Prize Draw will open and close for entries on the dates and at the times advertised in the Programme, on the App and via the Website (the “Competition Dates”).

You must complete your entry before the closing date and time of the Prize Draw. If you are part way through your entry when the Prize Draw closes you will not be able to complete your entry and you will not have entered the Prize Draw.


How to enter:

The Prize Draw has two stages:

Stage 1: You may enter the Prize Draw by going on the App or the Website and following the instructions. When submitting your entry, you will be shown a specific password (the “Password of the Day”) which will be different for each Prize Draw.

Stage 2: If you are drawn at random from Stage 1 of the Prize Draw, you will be called live on air between 10:15am – 11.00am during the Programme. You must answer your phone within a reasonable number of rings at the Programme presenters’ own discretion and state the Password of the Day (and the Programme presenters may prompt you at their own discretion). If you state the Password of the Day correctly, the presenters and/or guest on the Programme will spin a wheel in the studio and you will win the prize that the ticker on the wheel lands on (“Spin the Wheel”).

By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm the following:
You are 18 years or over and are a UK Resident;
You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV;
You have read and accept these This Morning’s ‘Spin to Win’ terms and conditions;
You have read and accept the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms;
You consent to be phoned live on air and for your name and general location to be announced on TV, and I understand that I will need to give the 'Password of the Day' when I answer the phone or when prompted in order to Spin the Wheel. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms; and
You will be contactable between 10:15am - 11:00am on the relevant Competition Date.




Winner selection & contact:

Stage 1 of each Prize Draw, will take place shortly after the Prize Draw closes.

Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will be passed to Stage 2 of the Prize Draw and called on air on the Programme between 10.15am and 11:00am on the relevant Prize Draw Date on the phone number provided to ITV. Entrants must be contactable during these times to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant does not answer the phone within a reasonable number of rings or the entrant’s phone goes directly to voicemail, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited their chance to Spin the Wheel and the Promoter will move onto the next eligible entrant from Stage 1 of the Prize Draw and thereafter until an entrant is found.

The winner will be contacted in accordance with these terms and conditions and with Clause 5.2 of ITV’s General Competition, Prize Draw, Vote and Poll Terms.

When called on air during the Programme, the entrant must say the Password of the Day to be eligible to Spin the Wheel (the Programme presenters may prompt you at their own discretion). Failure to state the Password of the Day correctly will result in forfeiture of the ability to Spin the Wheel and the Promoter may move onto another entrant.


Cost of entry:

Entry to the Prize Draw is free. Data charges may apply (check with your internet service provider of mobile network).


Maximum number of entries:

One (1) entry per phone number per Prize Draw.


Prize:

There will be twelve (12) prizes available on the wheel. The twelve (12) prizes available during each Spin the Wheel will vary each Prize Draw and will be determined by the Promotor in its sole discretion. Across the Spin to Win Period, entrants may have the chance to win a prize from the following categories:

1. Star Holiday
2. European Getaway
3. UK Break
(each of the above a “Travel Prize and collectively the “Travel Prizes”)
4. Cash prize
5. This Morning and/or ITV goodies


1. Star Holiday

There will be four (4) Star Holidays that an entrant may have the chance to win throughout the Spin to Win Period. Once a Star Holiday is won by an entrant, it may be replaced on the wheel by a prize of a lesser value.

(i) Royal Caribbean Mediterranean Cruise

This prize consists of one (1) Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas Western Mediterranean cruise for the winner and up to three (3) companions, which includes:
· Return direct flights with British Airways from a London airport to Barcelona airport (BCN), including one (1) 23kg hold baggage allowance per person;
· One (1) night accommodation in a 3 star hotel in Barcelona city centre (the “Barcelona Hotel”);
· Seven (7) nights on the Allure of the Seas cruise ship (the “Ship”) staying in a Balcony stateroom on a full board basis (which includes breakfast, lunch and evening meals however any drinks or snacks are excluded); The Ship will leave from and come back to Barcelona.
· The Ship will depart from and return to Barcelona, and stop in Palma de Mallorca, Provence, Florence/Pisa, Rome, Naples;
· Transfer from Barcelona airport to the Barcelona Hotel;
· Transfers from the Barcelona Hotel to the Ship; and
· Transfer from the Ship to Barcelona airport.

· Return transfers to San Jose Juan Santamaria airport (SJO) airport; and
· An Intrepid Costa Rica Family Holiday to and from San Jose for nine (9) nights including:
o Breakfast every day;
o Two (2) dinners across the Intrepid Costa Rica Family Holiday;
o Eight (8) hotel nights and one (1) homestay (family rooms);
o Various activities.

Please note that due to the nature of the prize, the Intrepid Costa Rica Family Holiday has a minimum age of five (5) years old and older (the “Minimum Age”). 2. European Breaks

There will be three (3) European Breaks that an entrant may have the chance to win throughout the Spin to Win Period. Once a European Break is won by an entrant, it may be replaced on the wheel by a prize of a lesser value.


(i) Lisbon, Portugal

This prize consists of a holiday to Lisbon, Portugal for the winner and one (1) companion including the following:
· Three (3) nights’ accommodation at the Fontecruz Lisboa, Autograph Collection hotel (the “Lisbon Hotel”), staying in a Guest Room on a bed and breakfast basis;
· Return direct flights with British Airways from a London airport to Lisbon Portela airport (LIS) including one (1) 23kg hold baggage allowance per person; and
· Return transfers from Lisbon Portela airport (LIS) to the Lisbon Hotel;

(ii) Florence, Italy

This prize consists of a holiday to Florence, Italy for the winner and one (1) companion including the following:

3. The UK Breaks

There will be four (4) UK Breaks that an entrant may have the chance to win throughout the Spin to Win Period. Once a UK Break is won by an entrant, it may be replaced on the wheel by a prize of a lesser value.





(i) Bath, England

This prize consists of two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Gainsborough Bath Spa hotel staying in a Deluxe Double Room on a bed and breakfast basis for the winner and one (1) companion.

(ii) Edinburgh, Scotland

This prize consists of two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Glasshouse hotel staying in a Signature Room on a bed and breakfast basis for the winner and one (1) companion. The winner may choose between a Queen bed or Twin beds, subject to availability.

(iii) Bray, England

This prize consists of two (2) nights’ accommodation at the Monkey Island Estate hotel staying in a Barn Room (Double) on a bed and breakfast basis for the winner and one (1) companion.

(iv) London, England

This prize consists of two (2) nights’ accommodation at The Rubens at the Palace hotel staying in a double room on a bed and breakfast basis for the winner and one (1) companion.

The Promoter will make reasonable travel arrangements for each winner of the UK Breaks including mainline train travel and/or flights (“Travel Arrangements”).

For all Travel Prizes, the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the various hotels and the Ship for security deposit purposes.

The Travel Prizes must be booked and taken up by 30 November 2020. There are no blackout dates however the winners’ preferred holiday dates are subject to availability. The Prize Provider for the Travel Prizes recommends that each winner books their holiday a reasonable number of weeks prior to the intended departure date, in any case not later than 30 days prior the requested date.

Where the winners’ companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winners when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to inform the Prize Provider of the Travel Prizes of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winners and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the destination country (as applicable). It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements and local laws to the applicable country.

There is no cash alternative to the Prize and there is no alternative prize if the winner is unable to travel for any reason. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the winner only.

The prize excludes transport, meals, drinks, excursions, attractions (other than those specified above), travel insurance, personal expenses visas and vaccinations.

Winners of the Travel Prizes will be required to enter into the applicable Prize Provider’s Terms and Conditions upon booking their trip. These are available at https://www.trailfinders.com/ and to https://www.intrepidtravel.com/uk/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions for the Costa Rica and Borneo holidays.


4. Cash Prizes

There will be various Cash Prizes of the following amounts that an entrant may have the chance to win throughout the Spin to Win Period:
· £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds);
· £500 (five hundred pounds); and
· £1,000 (one thousand pounds).

Once a Cash Prize is won by an entrant, it may be replaced on the wheel by a prize of a lesser value.

Each Cash Prize will be made payable by cheque in the name of the winner only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

5. This Morning and/or ITV goodies

There will be various This Morning and ITV branded goodies that an entrant may have the chance to win throughout the Spin to Win Period, which will include delivery to the winner’s home address.
