Would you not think that UPS labels should raise a question? I do agree that the depot should take the problem on board though.sheramber said:I wouldn't expect the driver to look at the labels on the parcels, especially in the present circumstances when he would not be handling them more than necessary.. He would put them in his van and deliver the load to the depot. So I don't think you can accuse the driver of theft.
From there they would go into the system and be dealt with by the depot staff.

In any event, you can't "pursue them for theft", the police and/or public prosecutors do that (and are unlikely to be interested).0
