Zara disputes weight of return

I returned three items to Zara however only received a refund for two of these and they are now accusing me of not having returned the order in full as a result of the parcel weight when I did. The item was a tiny, thin jumper and so will have weighted next to nothing. Waiting for Zara to come back to me but do I have any rights/protection here? Looking at their trustpilot it seems to be a common these so likely warehouse theft

Realistically, you have the same rights/protection as Zara.

You say you returned the item, and they say you didn't - so it's a case of 'arguing' with Zara until one of you backs down or gives up.

(If Zara refuse to back down, ultimately you could make a court claim against them - if you feel strongly enough.)

TBH, I suspect that Zara might eventually back down, for the sake of good customer relations and/or because its cheaper for them to refund you than to continue arguing.

You might decide never to buy from Zara again, because of this incident. And similarly Zara may decide not to accept any future orders from you, because of this incident.
