Qs Regarding 6 months Virgin Sim offer from CPW
Hi there,
I had ordered the Virgin sim with 6 months contract from Carphone Warehouse. I received the sim today but when I checked my account it says that it is a PAYG sim although the receipt I got says it is 6 months contract.
Tried speaking to CPW and everytime being transferred from one person to the other and then they just hang on and still on the hold.
Spoke to Virgin as well and they said that they need to check with CPW.
I wanted to know weather it is a normal practice to get a PAYG sim which is converted to Pay monthly.
Thanks

Thanks it is sorted now. Initially I thought that may be they have sent in the wrong sim.
I am porting my number as well and have spoken to Virgin.
Do I need to send in a letter or e-mail to CPW as well now or I just do it at the time of the claim at month 4.

How did you sort it all out in the end? 3/4 days of hassling and phoning or is this just their method of operation?0
