Have you chased your mortgage advisor ?

Yes, I’ve been chasing mortgage advisor nearly every day, apparently yesterday they have asked for my p60, my advisor already had this and sent it in yesterday, so fingers crossed hope all will be well now. I have noted there processing time has also changed to 48 hours so hopefully should have an update later today or tomorrow morning

I had further update today saying they have confirmed all documents and are now fully working on it turn around 48 hours. Bit annoyed I was told they were already working on it and just needed a few bits to finish it but ah well will be Monday for me now hopefully nearly there this is dragging on

Application through our MA using Platform went in around 9th December. Been really picky asking for evidence of proof of deposit, tax credits letter, and statement from elderly father in law re part of deposit given. Still waiting to hear now, I'll be absolutely fuming if it doesn't get through.

That’s great, I am still waiting with no updates as yet, been trying not to think about it lol

That’s the same day mine went in and I was exact same the help to buy account didn’t show the address so we had to go to the bank and get a letter confirming
It was registered to our address and a letter from my papa for gifted funds and his statements

The Mortgage Lender TML is very slow and they keep coming back for more and more, I am in the middle of a very difficult case and we are now a few months in.
Ask the broker to chase via BDM, that may help, they should get the case through, but they like asking questions.
Also, they would leave the valuation until case is agreed, although they now changed this I think.
