Every single question on basic proceudre is for sure covered there.1 -
Hi guysQuestion on where I send the N180 as I have read through the other threads.Am I emailing it to the court where the set aside was? or do I email it to CCBC? or even moneyclaims@justice.gov.uk?0
-
Send it to the local court, because theyre the ones dealing with it. CCBC isnt involved in this.1

And to the claimant, along with anything else you are filing at the same time (costs assessment?).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you have only just sent the N180, I doubt you have a date for the hearing yet. Is that the case? If so, when you are told the hearing date, you will also be told the deadline for filing and serving the WS, evidence and summary costs assessment. Sometimes it is a date and sometimes it is 14/28 days before the hearing date.hiphop99 said:Coupon-mad said:And to the claimant, along with anything else you are filing at the same time (costs assessment?).hi Coupon-madAccording to newbies, I should file costs assessment with witness statement at the next stage?I have only sent the N180 to Claimant and Court at this juncture.1 -

I have nothing in terms of a hearing date. Then wait until you have.
Meanwhile you could of course be preparing your Witness Statement, evidence and Summary Costs Assessment. Nothing like being prepared.2
