Because evidence comes later - as explained in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

    Thanks - reread and noted.

You need to adjust the text for what will be your # 17 to reflect the fact that the TA will not be appended, however, you can still say what is states about parking.

Looks fine as long as the TA is not appended.

Evidence comes later, at WS stage a few wekeks before the hearing.

Do cases ever go in Defendants favour at this stage? Or is it a foregone conclusion that there will be a need for a hearing etc?

No ... at this stage there's no assessment of the evidence (as none has yet been filed) so there's nothing for a judge to rule on. That doesn't mean the claimant may not decide to discontinue, but even then they'd usually leave it until the last possible moment in case they can still coerce the defendant into paying.

    Thanks for the reply.

I guess you'll read up on the next steps in the newbies thread, so nothing in this well trodden process comes as a surprise to you, and you will know if an expected item of post - such as a hearing date - seems unusually overdue so you can chase it before anything bad happens....

Yes I am re-reading the thread and making notes etc.
I have also asked my local court where this has been allocated to email me everything that is posted, due to delays with the post.

    Hi
I have received the questionnaire from the claimant but not from the court? I have chased and chased this week but no one is replying to emails or my phone calls.
    What should I do next?
