How can I stop debt collection company texting me?

I have very clearly said from the get go that I will not pay a penny unless a court finds that I am responsible for the disputed charge (it would be my happy day to have the matter heard before a judge!), but how do I stop the debt collection company sending me irritating text messages from an unknown number? It feels like harassment but it is not multiple times a day. The Office for Fair Trading no longer exists and I am not sure about the appropriate regulator. Requests to stop contacting me have gone unheeded. Thank you!

Write to them telling them the debt is denied and to refer it back to their principal.0

They are not texts, they are farts from the sewer where these creatures reside.
You can still block an unknown number ... it means all unknown numbers will be blocked which is a good thing.
Read this about what you can do

Thanks, I have already said the debt is denied but this has gone unheeded. I can't block all unknown numbers as that would block eg text messages from my bank, etc. The only viable place to complain seems to be local trading standards office?0

Tell them that they have no just cause to process your data and you require them to delete it.
Failure to do so will result in a complaint to the ICO.0 -
Which debt recovery firm? Which parking company are they representing?
Have you spoken to the mobile phone company to whom you pay your line rental and ask them to get involved? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Debt Recovery Plus, and Premier Parking Solutions. I didn't know the mobile phone company could help. Seems like the ICO could be helpful. Wondering if anyone has tried any of these?0

No need.
Just ring drp tell you to have the number removed. Easiest to say it belongs to your ex etc. Job done. They do remove numbers on request
I do love phoning them on a daily basis and having lovely chats with the likes of Mike lisa, Lee or mark. What joy0 -
Does the 'phone they are calling belong perhaps to a minor? It would be very serious for a bunch of adults to be sending abusive or threatening texts if that was the case.I married my cousin.
