I need to come up with £3000 in the next 24hrs

Hi,
I have an urgent expense and need to make a payment of £3000 tomorrow. Can anyone recommend any same day use credit cards or same personal loans. I have a pretty good credit history. But require access to this sum of money for an emergency. Please share your ideas or opinions

Can't remember seeing anything other than subprime loan companies/PDLs offering quick cash, and I wouldn't want to borrow three grand from any of those.

No chance on a credit card unless you already hold it.

Best option bank loan. Many will make payment straight away if agreed. Best to start with your bank if they offer the facility to transfer straight away if agreed.

What exactly is this urgent expense for which payment must be made in the next 24 hours.

I already have an bank loan with my current bank, and a credit card from them with little to no balance available on the credit card. Are there any banks that you could recommend that would offer same day loans. I have looked online can't find any banks or companies that are not pay day loan lenders that offer same day loans

Its a personal expense that I'm uncomfortable talking about, not for any extravagant purchase or anything silly

I hope somebody is not scamming you.
That said and considering your financial history and the fact that you already have a loan from your bank and a maxed out credit card, there is a very strong possibility that you may not be able to get this loan so perhaps you may have to consider not incurring this expense.

No one is scamming me, I was considering applying for an AMEX credit card/charge card I heard that sometimes the card details are available on the app after getting accepted. The second option was applying for a personal loan. I borrowed some money from a family member and wish to repay them back tomorrow as they need the money back urgently as its an emergency

It doesn't look hopeful if you already have a loan and a maxed out credit card.

Both Nationwide and Santander do same day transfers once loan approved. Santander may need to be done in branch, I'm not sure. I doubt if either of them would do that for non-customers.

I looked at what repayments would be for the loan and it would be less than £100 per month over 5 years, which is easily affordable. I hold an account with Santander, but I want to only apply once as don't want to ruin my credit due to hard checks

  • I'm wondering whether you have made any inroads on repaying your £228,000 debts...
