I've called them and a replacement request has been raised - I can expect a call within 24 hours...I have no faith they'll actually call based on their performance so far but it still feels like progress!!

Hopefully you get a call but realistically at this stage I don’t fancy your chances of getting it replaced before the new year, hope I’m proved wrong on that score
