The shop and the online store are run separately, although the money goes back to the same place neither will deal with the others business. Iv phoned the actual shop and they won’t do anything.
It’s more the principle that a business can just take orders it can’t fulfil, have no phone number and just reply with an automated generic response to customer emails.
You are just going round in circles now- open an INR claim in paypal and move on. I'm sure you are angry with the company, but you can't punish them by expecting compensation or anything, as has been mentioned you are entitled to your goods or a refund.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I think you are getting confused, sit down and read the various posts carefully. If you want to reclaim your money as the items are now too late open a case of item not received in paypal - shop then has 8 days to prove item was delivered or else they need to refund- I have no idea why you are worrying about 180 days?
Yes the facebook/twitter details I mentioned above relate to the shop- it is all there under 'contact us' with links - you can see it for yourself if you look.
As for compensation - forget it , there is no right to anything except your goods or a refund.
My bad, you’re correct I read the 180 days part wrong.

That’s the actual website, under the contact us there’s no phone number.

Damn right I’m angry, I ordered a lot of stuff expecting it to be 3-5 days, maybe a week because of Christmas, it’s now 3 weeks down the line and I’m in the middle of the North Sea without the the Christmas presents the kids wanted because they took an order they couldn’t fulfil.0 -
So raise an INR claim with Paypal, as already advised.
Short of standing outside the shop with a placard (difficult to do from the North Sea
), it's the easiest way of getting your money back (or the goods delivered - but don't expect you'll receive them before Xmas). 0 -

This bit is immaterial- as above just open an INR and get your money back. If paypal end up opening too many INRs against the same company they may well reconsider whether they will continue to allow that business to have an account- so if you want to hurt the company in some way - then an INR is a start.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. There's nothing on either of those pages suggesting there needs to be a phone number. And I'm not aware of any legal requirement for there to be one.0
