Delivery times and customers rights

It’s not a Chinese website, Iv ordered things from them before and not had any issues. It’s not a fake website They are legitimate but it appears totally horrendous at customer services. The delay is likely due to the huge demand for their products at Christmas.
I paid through PayPal, I can’t cancel the order because I can’t get anyone to deal with to cancel it.
You have 180 days from purchase to open a dispute on Paypal. If nothing else it may get their attention.
Open the dispute for INR (item not received). You will be issued a deadline by PayPal which will allow the seller to respond to the case and hopefully resolve your issue.
If they don't, then you escalate the case and your money will be returned.0 -

I see what you’re gettin at but that’s 6 months, I’m sure they will have it delivered before that.
The point I’m trying to make is they are saying delivery is 3-5 days, but they can’t fulfil, if they had said on the website they weeks weeks behind schedule I wouldn’t have bought it, as would many many others but they won’t because they know people will go elsewhere. They are basically conning people into placing orders they know they can’t fulfil in the given timescale. And once they have your money, well we all know what happens then.
So I’m kinda asking am I entitled to compensation or a discount or anything?0 -
Is Mike Ashley still involved with Rangers? Are the orders actually being fulfilled by Sports Direct? Or is it the legal battle between them that's also having an impact?0

I think you are getting confused, sit down and read the various posts carefully. If you want to reclaim your money as the items are now too late open a case of item not received in paypal - shop then has 8 days to prove item was delivered or else they need to refund- I have no idea why you are worrying about 180 days?
Yes the facebook/twitter details I mentioned above relate to the shop- it is all there under 'contact us' with links - you can see it for yourself if you look.
As for compensation - forget it , there is no right to anything except your goods or a refund.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The actual shop at St Enochs is run separately from the online store, Iv contacted the actual shop and they want nothing to do with it.0 -

Rangers and Ashley are still fighting in court, we don’t buy from the megastore at ibrox because of this.
The shop at St Enochs and the online store have nothing to do with Ashley.0 -

The shop and the online store are run separately, although the money goes back to the same place neither will deal with the others business. Iv phoned the actual shop and they won’t do anything.
It’s more the principle that a business can just take orders it can’t fulfil, have no phone number and just reply with an automated generic response to customer emails.0
