You have not broken the terms of your lease/AST so there is no requirement to even show a permit, and they do not have the right to extract [STRIKE]the urine[/STRIKE] payment from you.

Use a hosting site (such as imgur) and post the URL they give you as a broken link (hxxps://..........) and someone will fix it for you.

I can get on the hosting site upload the pic struggling etc what do I have to do to break the link

Yes that the sign thank you but it's not come out very clear but there is a couple of those around the car park
