Court claim received - DCBL and One Parking Solution

Good evening,
On 27th of November 2019 I received a Court Claim for a parking charge issued back in May 2017.
The claimant is One Parking Solution LTD and the solicitors are DCBL.
I've followed the indications and submitted and AOS and now I'm trying to prepare my defense.
I've also emailed to OPS - Data protection officer and they sent me by email all the details regarding this parking charge notice.
On 22nd of April 2017 we (me and my pregnant wife) signed a letting agreement
with a local agency and moved into the flat. Sunday the 30th of April we had to go to East Surrey Hospital because my Mrs didn't feel well. Back home later in the night, parked the car in the Visitor's area (allocated garage and one visitor parking permit - tiny little peace of paper). Apparently next morning 1st of May someone took some pictures with the car for not displaying a parking permit. The pictured were taken by one of by neighbours or by a One Parking Solution agent. I didn'd find a notice on the windscreen as they normaly do.
Also all the corespendenceswere sent to my old address. Few months later by a coincidence I found out about the parking charge. Contacted OPS, the re-sent the initial parking charge to my new address, I did appeal it.... lost the appeal.... appealled with POPLA, lost again. Ignored the letters from ZZPS sent in 2017....
Now back in 2019 2-3 letters received from DCBL.... and finally the court claim received: amount claimed 192.96 + ourt fee 25.00 + legal representative's costs 50.00 .... total amount GBP 267.96
Any advices regarding my defense?
Thank you for your help!
Adrian

Yes , no S in Defence
Read other recent court case threads and draft your own from them , especially regarding your lease , parking permissions , primacy of contract , signage , abuse of process , the CRA 2015 , no landowner authority etc
Read post #2 of the newbies faq sticky thread too
Post the draft below
Also post the issue date from the CCBC claim form below0 -
Hello again,
The Issue Date is 27 NOV 2019

With a Claim Issue Date of 27th November, and having filed an Acknowledgement of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 30th December 2019 to file your Defence. The Issue Date is 27 NOV 2019
That's two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
When you are happy with the content, your Defence could be filed via email as suggested here:-
Print your Defence.
- Sign it and date it.
- Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
- Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
- Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
- No need to do anything on MCOL, but do check it after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not, chase the CCBC until it is.
- Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are trying to keep you under pressure. Just file it.
- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
0 - Sign it and date it.

In which part of the country do you live? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm sure Coupon-mad and ParkingMad will read that with interest. Watch this space - both are on the tail of OPS and will often volunteer to help you in court. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. cause DCBL as much grief as you can , they are not as "robotic" as the likes of gladrags and BW , they will get mighty %issed off when the max they can get from you is £50 , and when IPS get a big bill there will be a falling out
DCBL are usually happy just sending letters , not being involved at court level0 -
Thank you!0
