No spare tyre or Repair kit
Just bought a used car for £9950, drove the 220 miles home then found out it didn't have a spare tyre, I know lots of cars no longer come with a spare, but should the garage have at least provided a repair kit of some description, do they have a legal Obligation to provide something?

I don't believe they have any such obligation. The best course might be a "bemused" call saying the kit is missing, and see what they say.
If it were me, I'd also be looking for a second-hand spare, assuming there's space for it. I'd also kick myself for not checking ...0 -
But if the OP missed that, what else did he miss? I would be more concerned about anything else missed.0

What model is it?
Does it have run-flat tyres?0 -
It’s a VW caddy maxi with a wheel chair ramp, not sure about the run flat tyres!0

It appears that if there was a spare wheel it would have been removed in order to fit the wheelchair ramp.
If you have run-flat tyres you don't need anything. If you don't you need a compressor and some sealant.0 -

Simple walk outside and see if they are RunFlats, it will say RFT or similar after the model or sizing some where.
If they are not runflats i would be enquiring where the spare is or demanding RunFlats are fitted around £80 each for that0 -
Probably cost £60 or so pounds of fuel to do the 440 miles round trip to get the dealer to fit a spare or run flats.0

"Demanding " is unlikely to get you anyhwere.
I dont think the garage has any obligation to provide either unless specified in the ad.
One of the first things I do when looking at cars is check in the boot to see whats provided0 -
