    On your ESA award letter it should state a phone number for you to contact them on, can you tell us what the number is? This will tell us what ESA you're claiming because New style ESA is a totally different number to ring than the old legacy ESA.

    I have now discovered that some old style ESA claims have also now been transferred to Belfast for processing so ignore my previous comment.
