On your ESA award letter it should state a phone number for you to contact them on, can you tell us what the number is? This will tell us what ESA you're claiming because New style ESA is a totally different number to ring than the old legacy ESA.0

Unless you live in Northern Ireland yourself this suggests to me a new style ESA award because I think all new style ESA claims are processed in Northern Ireland. However because DWP keep moving things around it is possible other ESA claims are also being dealt with there now.
I have now discovered that some old style ESA claims have also now been transferred to Belfast for processing so ignore my previous comment.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
