973-982: 10 more greetings cards to the charity shop bag
983-986:4 DVD box sets returned to owner
987- 989: 3 bags of rubbish out
990: 1 bag paper recycling to relevant bin
991: 1 bag mixed materials recycling to the bin (decided to invest in capsules of "good bacteria for the gut" rather than getting the little drinks because of the amount of plastic they use)
992-995: The usual 100 emails deleted and unsubscribed
996-997: Birthday present and card given to ex as won't see him on the day
998-1002: 5 face coverings made for the ex: as he wears glasses and headphones, made them so the elastics go round the back of the head rather than behind the ears, less tangling. (The elastic came from his late mother's sewing stash.)

Have spent a lovely day in my cupboard which instead of being a craft/computer cupboard has more recently become the Cupboard of Doom so today i sorted, chucked and categorised to my hearts content and its been lovely. Up to 130/1000 so good progress made.

1. WRITE/USE DECLUTTERING & CLEANING “TO DO LISTS” - MINIMUM 30 MINUTE BURSTS OF ACTIVITY AT LEAST TWICE EVERY DAY2. KITCHEN WILL BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT3. I WILL ENDEAVOUR TO BE NICE TO EVERYONE & TRY TO SEE THE FUNNY OR PECULIAR SIDE TO AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
4. JUST DO ONE THING (courtesy of bit_by_bit)Wednesday started off so well - got up 9:00 a.m., (dry but cold) mug of tea, tiny bit of paperwork, put all the saved (for the raised bed) cardboard into the recycling wheelie bin, delivered 2 carrier bags of food stuffs & toiletries to Whitechapel Mission & bought a large bag of onions in the market, posted birthday cards. Hm soup for lunch.
The day went downhill from there - I kept falling asleep & it rained. In my awake time I have almost completed knitting a 3rd beanie. Eventually woke up long enough to make dinner - pasta shells with a Bolognese meat sauce - one of my good ones 😉 Washing up done, dried & put away. Veg box received - will check when I get up Thursday.
To add to the downhill nature of the day, I have a toothache, sniffly nose & feel rather nauseous 🤒 but no temperature & no new cough. So L*ms*p & bed.

Husband is taking a box of in-date gluten-free food to the food bank.
Started a potential eBay storage box for decorative accessories which I'm bored with
Bought an eco-friendly pine chest of drawers to store DVDs in.
Brought some paperback fiction up from sitting room bookshelves to fill empty DVD tower thus giving more space downstairs
Got two eco-friendly pine bedside cabinets to keep books and paper off floor.
Recycled two plastic-lined jute bags for life as bins for landfill and recycling, in bedroom.
Put the new bathmat thing in the bath as it had been gathering dust on landing for no reason
Massive amount of recycling went out today.
Bought a pine bookcase which has gone on landing for DVDs
Gave husband a roll of food bags and told him to put masks in there and bin away from home
Pulled out veg going manky for a pot au feu so it didn't get wasted and tidier fridge.

4. JUST DO ONE THING (courtesy of bit_by_bit)Thursday has been a bad day 🤕 Got up early feeling cold & shivery & nauseous. DSis was up quite early to go for her blood test & they sneaked a flu jab 😉 DH spent some time tidying the garage, then usual Thursday sm visit.
I have spent the entire day wrapped up - napping, knitting & watching TV. I stirred my stumps to peel some potatoes & used up the rest of last nights Bolognese sauce to make ‘cottage pie’. I also did the washing up, dried up & put away. I have kept myself dosed up with hot lemon or blackcurrant drinks all day.2082 - 2087 Kitchen recycling, 3 large plastic pots (from garage), 2 newspapers - Recycled2088 - 2089 Kitchen detritus, garage detritus - Binned

Starting afresh.

4. JUST DO ONE THING (courtesy of bit_by_bit)Woke up 7:00 a.m. sweating profusely but I had put the winter duvet on top of the medium duvet 😱 Got up & put on my fleecy dressing gown, had a L*ms*p, watched 15 to 1 & went back to bed for a couple more hours. My tooth is giving me real gyp - no wonder I am feeling nauseous. Apart from the toothache & nausea, I am definitely feeling a lot better.Unfortunately the toothache is making it difficult to eat ☹️ although having said that, I could do with losing weight 😉 DH has started converting the old raised garden bed. DH also cooked dinner - cheesy pasta. Very tasty although I had to suck & swallow as chewing is too painful 😖
